This one is my favorite. Cut all the fruits like banana, strawberry, apple, avocado, pineapple, mix them together and add yogurt to the salad and them mix the salad again and serve. This will give you enough energy and satisfaction to taste buds. You can have this amazing fruit salad in your lunch and you won’t need any big meal.
Trust me, popcorns can do wonders when it comes to killing the instant food cravings. You must have an ample supply of popcorns at your work or home. Whenever I feel an urge to eat a heavy meal, I rush to the pack of popcorns. They are low in calories and give you a filling sensation.
Whole Wheat Crackers with Peanut Butter
Spread some peanut butter on multigrain wheat crackers and you are good to go for the rest of the day before dinner. This quick healthy snack is full of fiber and it has less than 200 calories.
Instant bars are loaded with protein and healthy sweets. A good snack bar which has oats, nuts, almonds, roasted nuts and cream can kill your hunger pangs. I suggest using bars of brands like LaraBar and KIND are good sources of fiber, contain no added sugar.
