In her book “An Honest Life” she explores the benefits of natural living. The chemicals that surround us in our daily lives can plague us in ways we don’t understand. She tells Self Magazine that “these [chemicals] add up, and the results aren’t pretty.” Take Alba’s advice and cut extra chemicals while you can — every drop in the bucket matters.
Richard Gere: Spirituality

Richard Gere has long been a devout follower of Buddhism, even meeting with and supporting the Dalai Lama on numerous occasions. Gere’s Buddhist beliefs have made him a better man. He told an Indian television station that the religion “totally transformed his body and his heart.” While you don’t have to drop what you’re doing and join a religion, practicing meditation techniques and opening your mind to new possibilities surely can’t harm you.
