It’s a fact that lifting weights takes your system to full throttle, resulting in massive calorie burn. But people who want to lose weight always find themselves in a dilemma: should I go for weight lifting for fat loss as I have heard that lifting weights adds muscle gains, which will result in weight gain not loss. While it is true that lifting weights adds muscles (weight), you can lose weight and burn fat swiftly using the following dumbbell exercises. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and you are good to go.

Dumbbell Squats

Nothing beats squats when it comes to fat burning from the areas like glutes, belly, back and arms. But if you add dumbbell weights and then do squats, you will hit the fat harder than anything else.
