So you’ve just finished a healthy juice cleanse and you’re feeling great. Rejuvenated, with glowing skin and more energy, it’s important to ease back into eating solid foods with a clean, fresh diet that will help you preserve your newfound clarity and great health.

Listed below are some great foods that will help you maintain your newly detoxified body and sharp, clear mind:

 

1. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables—

Obviously you are aware of the many benefits of fruits and vegetables now that their juicy vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients helped you reach the pinnacle of glowing, good health you are enjoying today. Be sure to get plenty of organic green vegetables like spinach, kale, parsley and dark salad greens.

Remember that fresh fruits and vegetables should always be your first choice, but if you prefer to cook your food, lightly steaming will usually maintain most nutrients.
